How we rank med spas
Spas are ranked by their Google star rating, weighted by how many people left one.
A 5.0 from 1,800 patients beats a 5.0 from 12, because a handful of reviews can say very little.
No spa pays to be listed or to rank higher.
Where our data comes from
Ratings, hours, categories, amenities and review topics come from each spa's Google Business Profile.
Prices, team names, credentials, devices and photos come from the spa's own website, and each price keeps the line of text it was copied from.
A listing shows a section only when we have the data for it, and nothing is phone-verified yet, so confirm prices and staff when you book.
Photos belong to the spas and are credited to their websites; we remove any photo on request.
How we fact-check the guides
Every guide is written from a research file of facts, and each fact links to the source it came from: FDA labels and device clearances, state medical and nursing boards, and published research.
Each page lists its sources at the bottom.

About the founder
Gabe Meierotto has worked in the med spa industry for nearly six years.
From 2018 to November 2023 he was Director of Conversion Rate Optimization at LaserAway, the largest aesthetic dermatology brand in the U.S.
He ran LaserAway's testing program, building and testing landing pages and the booking and lead funnels that turn a website visit into a consult.
