He is a board-certified ophthalmologist and has completed additional fellowship training in ophthalmic plastic surgery at the University of Vermont.
Dr. Waldrop has been a member of many medical societies including the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He has published numerous articles for medical journals with the emphasis on ophthalmic plastic surgery and presented many of them at national and international symposiums and seminars.
