SWG offers a suite of wellness services including injectable medical weight loss medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide) IV therapy, functional and concierge medicine, Botox, blood panels, point of care testing, medical navigation, and membership options. We look forward to working with you to feel and look your best and to help you understand your health and wellness.
