In Key West for more than a decade, Under the Palms MediSpa is the only HEAD-TO-TOE REMODELING & FACIAL EXPERT CENTER in the Florida Keys. The MediSpa prides itself in providing cutting edge, non- and minimally invasive, aesthetic procedures, with the goal of achieving natural and individualized outcomes. Our mission has always been to provide patients the opportunity to look refreshed, rejuvenated, and overall more confident and empowered.
Our Medical Director, Dr. Ioana Carabin, a graduate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City has been in practice since 1991 and is a member of several medical & aesthetic societies; she published extensively in peer reviewed journals & presented at numerous scientific seminars and at the FDA.
