Palmetto Bay Medspa was founded in 2020 by Dr. Rigoberto Franco and his wife, Bertha Pena who have been in the industry for 50+ years. Each member of our medical staff is trained to administer treatments with proven natural results for each patient. We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming space while maintaining sanitary protocols for COVID-19. Our team has selected top quality products and treatments that provide the most beautiful results. Each patient is consulted prior to treatment to ensure they are receiving the correct product. Our goal for each patient is to achieve beautifully natural results and enhance the skins appearance. We love making our clients look and feel youthful, refreshed, and more comfortable in their own skin.
