Palm Med Wellness is a physician-led medical weight loss practice in Palm Beach Gardens, led by Dr. Mark Amorosino, who is board certified in both obesity medicine and gastroenterology.
Every program starts with a full evaluation and bloodwork, and is built individually; coaching, GLP-1 medications including semaglutide and tirzepatide, provided meals and exercise planning, combined according to what each patient actually needs.
We also offer endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (ESG), a non-surgical procedure performed without incisions, for patients whose medication has reached its limit. Dr. Amorosino performs it himself. We offer IV therapy and skincare facials as well
