Elite Personalized Medicine brings functional and integrative medicine to Dacula and the surrounding Gwinnett communities. Our providers look for the root cause of your symptoms instead of managing them one at a time, starting with in-depth lab work and building a plan around what those results actually show. Care includes functional medicine for adults, functional pediatrics for children, bioidentical hormone replacement for men and women, medically supervised weight loss, IV nutrition and vitamin injections, and one-to-one health coaching. Most consultations are available in person at our Braselton Highway office or by virtual visit.
