We help businesses offer a healthcare benefit or pair direct primary care with an existing health plan to improve access and explore ways to control costs. Members receive unlimited primary and immediate care visits, preventive care, chronic condition management and included minor procedures, with no copays for included services. Nonmembers can walk in and enroll in Express Care for 30 days of access with no automatic renewal. Our team builds lasting relationships and helps patients navigate their care. Membership is not health insurance.
