Pelvic Health Support provides evidence-based care for pelvic pain, pain with sex, vaginal dryness, low libido, and hormonal changes. Led by Nurse Practitioner Kathy Kates, we evaluate pelvic floor muscle tone, tissue health, hormones, and nerve contributors to create clear, personalized treatment plans. We offer trauma-informed pelvic exams, menopausal and perimenopausal care, sexual wellness support, pelvic floor Botox evaluations, and safe, individualized options for patients with a history of breast cancer. Our goal is to help you understand your symptoms and feel comfortable in your body again
