Evolve Medical is a physician-led regenerative and functional medicine practice serving Long Island from two locations, Deer Park and Dix Hills. Founded by Dr. Hasib M. Sarij, M.D., our team looks beyond symptom management to identify root-cause contributors to how patients feel and function.
Services include EBO2 ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, stellate ganglion block, PRP and PRF, and ExoMind for cognitive wellness.
