Julie is the manager and a certified Licensed Beauty Cosmetic specialist which specializes in Eyebrow Microblading, HydraFacial Treatments, Powder Brows and full Lip Blush. She has been in the skincare and beauty profession for over 18 years, and since then have acquired all of the New York certified beauty license and certifications for semi-permanent makeup. Additionally, she graduated and became a certified Eyebrow Microblading PhiBrow Artist at the world-renowned PhiBrow Academy.
