Njoku Strong is a physician-founded longevity club in Westlake, Ohio, built around healthspan: the years you live strong, sharp, and capable. Our longevity system brings training, recovery, and nutrition together under one roof - EMS strength training, hyperbaric oxygen, whole-body red light, cold plunge, sauna, therapeutic bodywork, body composition assessment, and nutrition coaching - guided by protocols designed by founder Dr. Innocent Njoku, MD. Members and non-members are both welcome. Every service can be booked individually, and membership makes the full system affordable.
