Kim Richards, the leading permanent cosmetic artist at Beauty Redefined Med Spa Salon, brings her magic to clients and patients who range in age, skin type and skin tones. Through eleven years of perfecting the art of permanent makeup she is highly sought after for her fine art skills of Microblading, or sometimes called Microstroking within the Knoxville, Anderson, Blount, Cumberland and surrounding counties.
