Led by Dr. Rajan Kohli, MD, board-certified in Family Medicine with 20+ years' experience and an A4M fellowship in Functional & Integrative Medicine, we blend conventional care with anti-aging and holistic medicine for ages three and up. Services include annual physicals, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, chronic care, hormone therapy, and medical weight loss, plus a physician-directed med spa next door. We accept most insurance and Medicare; concierge membership is optional. Now accepting new patients. Serving Lakewood, Highland Park, Preston Hollow, Lake Highlands, Uptown, and DFW.
