About Foundations Medical Care & Aesthetics
We are a full service primary care clinic in League City offering medical care for adults and children including women's and men's health, Aesthetics (Botox and Dysport), Nutrition, Weight loss, Mental health, and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). We have an in-house lab for all testing needs including blood draws, swabs, and PAP smears. We can prescribe and refill prescription medications.
