However, in Aristotelian ethics, Eudaimonia refers to the pursuit of a well-lived life, a state of being characterized by fulfillment, virtue, and long-term well-being, rather than temporary happiness. Dr. Matthews’ mission is to help each individual achieve their own sense of Eudaimonia, guiding them toward optimal health and personal fulfillment.
