Dr. Jared Bloxham is the region's Orofacial Pain Specialist, at Columbia Center for Sleep Apnea and TMJ! Located in Tri-Cities, WA, we specialize in treating TMJ disorders, Myofascial Pain Syndrome, Trigeminal Nerve disorders, Neuropathic Pain, & Headaches. We are highly trained & experienced in the fabrication of TMJ Orthotics and Dental Sleep Appliances (an alternative to CPAP!), trigger point injections with Botox & like medications, and more.
In 2015, Dr. Bloxham had to retire from general dentistry due to his own chronic pain issues. He then completed an additional three years of training in specialty post-doctoral education at USC in an Orofacial Pain & Oral Medicine Program, in order to help others with pain!
