How many Botox procedures are done each year?

ASPS estimates 9,883,711 cosmetic neuromodulator injection procedures (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify combined) were performed in the US in 2024, up 4% from 9,480,949 in 2023; this is the latest year ASPS published a count. [1]

ASPS's 2023 report counted 9,480,949 neuromodulator procedures in 2023, up 9% from 8,736,591 in 2022 - so the three-year ASPS series is 8.74 million (2022), 9.48 million (2023) and 9.88 million (2024). [2]

AbbVie reported Botox Cosmetic worldwide net revenue of $2,602 million in 2025 (US $1,504 million; international $1,098 million), down 4.3% from $2,720 million in 2024 ($2,682 million in 2023). [3]

AbbVie said US Botox Cosmetic net revenue fell 11% in 2025, 'primarily driven by unfavorable pricing due to customer loyalty program changes, lower market share and decreased consumer demand'. [3]

In the first half of 2026, AbbVie reported Botox Cosmetic net revenue of $1,396 million worldwide (US $771 million, up 9.4% from $705 million; international $625 million), versus $1,248 million in the first half of 2025. [4]

Evolus reported Jeuveau net revenue of $272.3 million in 2025, up from $264.3 million in 2024 and $199.7 million in 2023. [5]

Galderma (maker of Dysport) reported worldwide Neuromodulator net sales of $1,259 million for the first nine months of 2026, up 16.9% at constant currency; it does not report Dysport alone or US-only figures in this release. [6]

Revance reported Daxxify product revenue of $84.0 million in 2023 (its first full launch year), up from $11.0 million in 2022; the RHA filler collection brought in $128.6 million. [7]

What these numbers can't tell you

• Counts are Google Maps listings we classify as med spas, so they include dermatology and plastic surgery practices that offer med spa treatments and exclude spas without a Google listing.
• A treatment counts when the spa's Google listing or website names it, so a spa with an outdated menu can be over- or under-counted.
• We hold no patient records: every figure describes providers, their listings and their Google reviews, not who gets treated.
