What is the median Botox price per unit nationally?

1,561 of the 36,249 med spas offering Botox that have a website (4.3%) publish a price for it; most only quote prices at a consultation.

The median published price for Botox is $11 per unit, across 1,561 per-unit prices for Botox and the other neurotoxins (Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify).

The middle half of published Botox prices runs from $10 to $12 per unit.

One in ten published Botox prices is $8.99 per unit or less, usually a new-client or member special.

One in ten published Botox prices is $13.50 per unit or more.

National chains publish a median Botox price of $9 per unit, against $11 at independents.

• ASPS's 2023 fee table lists an average surgeon/physician fee of $435 for a neuromodulator injection in 2023, down from $528 in 2022. It is a per-treatment physician fee from plastic surgeons, not a med spa price and not a per-unit price. [1]
• LaserAway's published injectable prices (as of October 2026): Botox $15 per unit or $10 per unit in a 300-unit bank; Xeomin $12 per unit or $7 per unit in a 300-unit bank; Juvéderm lips $450 per full syringe, face $450–$900 and cheeks $750–$1,500 per treatment. [2]
• ASPS's cost page says the average cost of botulinum toxin injections is $435 'according to the latest statistics' — this is the average fee reported by ASPS member plastic surgeons, not a med spa price and not per unit. [3]

What these numbers can't tell you

• Counts are Google Maps listings we classify as med spas, so they include dermatology and plastic surgery practices that offer med spa treatments and exclude spas without a Google listing.
• A treatment counts when the spa's Google listing or website names it, so a spa with an outdated menu can be over- or under-counted.
• Prices are published prices on med spa websites: we keep each spa's lowest posted price, which often is an introductory or member price, so the typical bill is higher.
