How Much Does Restylane Cost?

We found no published per-syringe price for any specific Restylane product — Galderma's site, ASPS and the other sources we checked publish none, as of October 2026. The closest national figure is ASPS's average of $715 for hyaluronic acid fillers, the category Restylane belongs to. Where an office prices Restylane per syringe, your total is that price times the syringes your treatment uses; here is what the published numbers do and don't cover.

Key takeaways

  • We found no published per-syringe price for any specific Restylane product, as of October 2026.
  • ASPS's $715 average for hyaluronic acid fillers is a category average from plastic surgeons, not a Restylane or med spa price.
  • No source sets a standard number of syringes per area; label maximums and trial medians are not a dose for you.
  • ASPIRE Galderma Rewards earns 200 points per Restylane syringe, at 100 points = $10.
  • Health insurance does not cover dermal fillers, per ASPS.

Restylane prices by product

Galderma sells Restylane as a family of products, and Galderma's site maps them to treatment areas: Restylane Kysse and Restylane Silk for lips, Lyft and Contour for cheeks, Defyne for the chin, Defyne, Lyft, Refyne and Restylane for smile lines, Lyft for the backs of the hands, Eyelight for under-eye hollows and Contour for temples.

What we did not find for any of these products is a published price.

We could not find a per-syringe price for any specific Restylane product — on Galderma's site or in the other price sources we checked — when we checked on October 20, 2026, so no source we checked lets us say which Restylane product costs more than another.

The closest national figures are averages, not Restylane prices.

ASPS reports an average of $715 for hyaluronic acid fillers, $901 for non-HA fillers such as Radiesse and Sculptra, and $743 for lip augmentation with filler, per its latest statistics — average fees reported by ASPS member plastic surgeons, not med spa prices and not prices for any one product.

Restylane products are crosslinked hyaluronic acid gels with lidocaine, so the $715 HA average is the category a Restylane quote sits in; the $901 non-HA figure covers other products entirely.

There is no newer national fee we can point to either: ASPS's 2025 Procedural Statistics release publishes no procedure counts or average fees for minimally invasive treatments, only the five most common minimally invasive treatments by volume.

What each product is FDA-approved for, and how long it lasts, is more than a cost question: our Restylane guide covers the family product by product.

How many syringes of Restylane does each area take?

At an office that prices per syringe, your Restylane total is the per-syringe price multiplied by the syringes your treatment uses.

The honest starting point is that we found no label, professional body or peer-reviewed source that sets a standard number of syringes per face area — so treat any chart that names a set number with caution.

What the sources do publish are label maximums, which are safety ceilings rather than amounts to expect, and trial medians, which are what trial subjects received rather than a dose for you.

Both are measured in milliliters (mL), by product:

  • Under eyes (Restylane Eyelight): the label limits treatment to up to 1 mL per side per session; if more is needed, the label recommends a follow-up session, because the safety of larger amounts per session has not been established. In the label's trial, the median volume for both hollows together was 1.2 mL at the initial treatment and 1.0 mL at touch-up, and total volume over up to 3 treatments ranged from 0.1 to 6.0 mL.
  • Lips (Restylane Kysse): the label sets a recommended maximum of 6 mL per treatment — 3 mL for the lips and 3 mL for the perioral area. In the trial, the median total volume across all areas treated was 2.50 mL, including a median 0.90 mL in the upper lip and 0.80 mL in the lower lip; the median at retreatment was 1.30 mL.
  • Cheeks and temples (Restylane Contour): the label caps the cheeks and midface at 6 mL per session and the temples at up to 3 mL per temple. In its cheek trial, the median volume for initial treatment plus touch-up was 3.80 mL, and 1.95 mL at re-treatment.
  • Smile lines, cheeks, hands and chin (Restylane Lyft): the label's per-treatment maximums are 6.0 mL for wrinkles and folds, 6.0 mL for the cheek and midface, 3.0 mL per hand, and 4 mL for the chin, including touch-up and no more than 2 mL per injection site.

Label maximums vs trial medians, by product

Product and areaLabel maximumTrial median
Eyelight, under eyes1 mL per side per session1.2 mL both sides (initial), 1.0 mL touch-up
Kysse, lips3 mL lips (6 mL with perioral area)0.90 mL upper lip, 0.80 mL lower lip
Contour, cheeks and midface6 mL per session3.80 mL initial plus touch-up
Contour, templesUp to 3 mL per temple—
Lyft, chin4 mL including touch-up—
Lyft, backs of the hands3.0 mL per hand—

These are numbers for one product in one area — a cheek median is not a chin median, and a Kysse figure is not a Lyft figure.

The count that sets your bill is set at the consultation, where the injector sizes the area against the product's label limits, so the questions to ask are how many syringes the plan involves and what the price per syringe is.

Aspire Galderma Rewards: how the savings work

Restylane's maker runs a rewards program, and it is the one Restylane discount this page can document from a program's own terms rather than estimate.

ASPIRE Galderma Rewards earns points on qualifying Galderma treatments, including Restylane and Sculptra.

Per the program's own FAQ, as read on October 16, 2026: 100 points equal a $10 reward, Restylane earns 200 points per syringe with up to 600 points per visit, and earning is capped at a 1,000-treatment-point maximum per visit and a 2,000-treatment-point annual limit.

At the program's stated 100 points = $10, the 200 points per Restylane syringe works out to a $20-value reward per syringe, before the per-visit and annual caps.

Galderma's Restylane site also advertises a $20-off welcome reward for joining.

Read the current terms before you count on them, and ask the office whether it participates when you get your quote.

Restylane prices near you: what to ask before you book

None of the figures on this page is a price at an office near you: the national averages are fees reported by plastic surgeons, and the rewards are the program's own terms.

The number you will actually pay comes from the office you book, and ASPS names what moves it: the injector's expertise and qualifications, the type of procedure, the time and effort required and the geographic location of the office.

ASPS also notes that health insurance does not cover dermal fillers.

What the published figures are

  • National averages are fees reported by ASPS member plastic surgeons
  • Rewards values are the program's own terms
  • Neither is a price at an office near you

What moves your price, per ASPS

  • The injector's expertise and qualifications
  • The type of procedure
  • The time and effort required
  • The geographic location of the office

Because we found no per-product Restylane price in the sources we checked, the office's written quote is the only Restylane-specific price we can point you to.

The same four questions make any two quotes comparable:

  • Which Restylane product, by its full name
  • How many syringes, and how much volume they cover
  • The price per syringe, and what the total includes
  • Who will inject, and what training they have
The risk behind the price

ASPS names the injector's expertise and qualifications among the things that move a filler price, alongside the type of procedure, the time and effort required and the office's location. FDA calls unintentional injection into a blood vessel the most concerning dermal filler risk: the chance is low, but it can block blood supply and cause tissue death (necrosis), vision abnormalities including blindness, or stroke. Restylane's own labels add that many of the reported cases needing intervention involved the glabella, nose and periorbital area — sites outside the products' approved indications. A quote is only comparable when it names the product, the amount and the injector.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Restylane cost per syringe?

We found no published per-syringe price for any specific Restylane product when we checked on October 20, 2026 — neither Galderma's site nor the other sources we checked publish one.

The closest national figures are ASPS's averages of $715 for hyaluronic acid fillers and $743 for lip augmentation with filler, reported by ASPS member plastic surgeons — averages, not Restylane prices and not med spa prices.

The Restylane price that applies to you is the one on the office's written quote.

How many syringes of Restylane do you need for lips?

We found no label, professional body or peer-reviewed source that sets a standard number of syringes for lips; the amount is sized at the consultation.

The published figures are label limits and trial medians: the Restylane Kysse label allows up to 6 mL per treatment, of which 3 mL can go in the lips, and in Kysse's trial the median volume across all areas treated was 2.50 mL, including 0.90 mL in the upper lip and 0.80 mL in the lower lip.

Those are trial medians, not a dose for you.

How does the ASPIRE Galderma Rewards program work?

ASPIRE earns points on qualifying Galderma treatments, including Restylane and Sculptra.

Per the program's FAQ as read in October 2026, 100 points equal a $10 reward, Restylane earns 200 points per syringe with up to 600 points per visit, and earning is capped at 1,000 points per visit and 2,000 per year.

Galderma's Restylane site also advertises a $20-off welcome reward.

Terms change, so check the program before you count on a discount.

Is Restylane more expensive than Juvéderm?

We found no published basis for ranking them: no per-syringe price for any specific Restylane product in the sources we checked, and ASPS reports a single $715 average for hyaluronic acid fillers as a category, not separate figures by brand.

Both Juvéderm and Restylane are crosslinked hyaluronic acid gels with lidocaine.

The comparable quote is the one in front of you: same product, same volume, same injector.
